1) Product Inspection at the Post Office
When receiving your parcel at the postal operator’s branch, the customer has the right and opportunity to:

inspect the packaging
-
check the integrity of the product
-
verify the complete contents of the order
If you notice any damage, missing items, or other discrepancies during inspection, please inform us immediately and complete a damage report together with the postal service employee.
2) Returns & Exchanges Conditions
Returns or exchanges are only possible if an issue is detected at the post office and an official report is issued at the time of receipt.
Important:
If you choose delivery to a parcel locker or courier delivery, returns and exchanges are not available, as there is no possibility to inspect the product upon receipt in these delivery methods.
