Ingredients: (100% freeze-dried products) boiled buckwheat groats (70%), boiled chicken meat (16%), stewed vegetables in variable proportions (10%) , onion, carrot, ground black pepper, coconut oil, sea salt.

Instant meal made from natural ingredients and without preservatives. Perfect for business trips, tourism, office lunches, and home meals.

Attention! Before use, remove the salt from the bag; the moisture absorber located inside the bag is not suitable for food!

How to use: Open the bag, pour 300ml of boiling water over the mixture, mix thoroughly, close the lid and wait 10-15 minutes, open the bag, mix, add salt and boiling water if desired. Delicious.
